Sharing information about youth work activity in the Forest of Dean area, encouraging links between local groups and activities and coming together as a Network Member meeting at least four times a year;

Maintaining a Forest of Dean Directory of youth work activity to disseminate helpful information to all members;

Identifying and responding to training needs identified by Network members;

Attracting funding into the Forest of Dean to support and develop youth work activity; where appropriate, managing such funding programmes;

Providing collective youth work activities in the area;

Nominating representation to appropriate youth focused bodies;

Advocating on behalf of Network members;

Establishing and supporting ad hoc sub-groups, including the Forest Youth Forum
